Conveyancing Fee Scale 2025
Purchases
£0 - £100,000.00 - £700.00+VAT
£100,001.00 - £200,000.00 - £800.00+VAT
£200,001.00 - £300,000.00 - £900.00+VAT
£300,001.00 - £400,000.00 - £1,000.00+VAT
£400,001.00 - £500,000.00 - £1,200.00+VAT
£500,001.00 - £1,000,000.00 – £1,500.00+VAT
Please note that there will be supplementary fees for dealing with the following: –
Bank transfer fees – £20.00 plus VAT
Leasehold property – £200.00 plus VAT
Dealing with New Build properties – £250.00 plus VAT
Dealing with additional mortgage (i.e. HTBW) – £100.00 plus VAT
Fee for drafting Declaration of Trust – £75.00 plus VAT
Dealing with Help to Buy ISA or Lifetime ISA (per ISA) – £50.00 plus VAT
Disbursements
Property search fees – £250.00 approx.
Land Registration fee – TBC depending on purchase price – additional fees may also apply if the property is subject to first registration.
Land Registry searches – £25.00 approx.
Land Transaction Tax / Stamp Duty Land Tax – TBC as varies depending on price of property and whether client owns any other properties.
Sales:
£0 – £100,000.00 – £650.00+VAT
£100,001.00 – £200,000.00 – £700.00+VAT
£200,001.00 – £300,000.00 – £800.00+VAT
£300,001.00 – £400,000.00 – £900.00+VAT
£400,001.00 – £500,000.00 – £1,000.00+VAT
£500,001.00 – £1,000,000.00 – £1,200.00+VAT
